Pam is a multidisciplinary artist and art educator with a BFA in Painting from New York. Having exhibited work in galleries in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, she brings a broad creative background to the classroom. Pam enjoys working across many forms of media, including painting, drawing, printmaking, textiles, sculpture, and most recently, sound. Her personal art style is playful yet deliberate, airy yet grounded, and deeply infused with introspective narrative.
In the classroom, she focuses on helping students build skills, foster confidence, and tap into their personal expression through thoughtful guidance and structured exploration. Drawing inspiration from nature, travel, and experience in outdoor education, Pam approaches teaching with flexibility and care, adapting materials and lessons to meet each student’s needs. Recently relocated to Portland, she looks forward to fostering creativity and connection within the community’s young artists.
