  • Art World School will provide refund for the service as confirmed with the customer, and it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Art World School promptly if they failed to receive the refund after it was processed.

  • The undersigned hereby undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless Art World School from any and all actions, causes of action suits, duties, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands whatsoever resulting from any action. Art World School will issue a full refund of $157.70 for Roman and Tabor’s credit of 1 full day of camp after receiving a signed copy of this agreement. Lua Weatherdon agrees to accept the payment as a resolution, refrain from defaming Art World School, and to not seek any services from Art World School starting 11/24/21. Any orders submitted by Lua Weatherdon to Art World School after 11/24/21 will be rejected by Art World School and refunded with any Paypal processing fees deducted.
