I love coming here every week! We get individual attention and can move at our own pace. I've been here for a few years now, and I've improved a lot. Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys art!
My son has a lot of fun with painting and doing art projects in their after school program.
Great place for kids to learn art. Classroom is kept nice and clean with nice decor. Teachers at Art World are patient and great with kids. They made the class fun and let the kids fully immersed in their art work. My daughter has been going to the fine art class and clay class for quite some time and I can see all the great progress she made so far, and how proud she is with her art work!
Very patient teacher. My kid enjoys the time learning drawing there. Appreciate the flexibility of makeup class time.
We love Art World School! We signed our daughter up for summer camp and she looks forward to it so much. We love that we can tailor the schedule to our needs each week and our daughter still gets an incredible art experience, learning new skills and techniques each time.
Great teachers who are very kind to kids. My child learnt a lot about painting in the school.
Mimi is very patient and have a way to teach little kids learning art. My daughter has been learning all different drawing styles with her for about 2 + years. She has changed from a little kid who was afraid of making bad drawings to a confident kid who can express her own ideas when telling stories. Her love of colors is intensified in water color and acrylic drawings. And most of all, drawing class becomes one of her favorite after school classes.
My daughter says: Ms. Mimi is a great art teacher and helps me a lot by letting me work freely, use different materials, and draw many fun things. She has good rules but isn’t overly strict and her classes are just the right length. She has taught me many cool techniques.

What a gem! We've been very pleased with the wonderful after-school program and no-school day program at Art World School. My kindergartner loves the program and hardly wants to leave at the end of the day. Mimi is professional, courteous and responsive, and the teachers are kind, skilled and encouraging.
My son has been with Mimi for three years now. He is a kid more towards sports, but amazingly love the art class every week. Started with some basic drawings using crayon, he is starting with sketches now, and we love the pictures he drew which is filling up the walls.
Both of my kids have studied with Mimi and loved the class. My daughter, who is now almost 8, looks forward to the weekly classes and drawings. Mimi does a great job of teaching technique to the kids and making it a fun experience. I highly recommend it for your budding artist!
My brother Arthur is 9 years old and I am 12. We have been here for quite some time and have made a lot of progress in getting better at art. I highly recommend this to everyone who wants to improve their art ability.
Wonderful school with great teachers and art programs that caters to kids of various ages. They have great programs and Mimi has great patience with the kids. Highly recommended.
I have been attending for 11-12 years, my sister has been here for 5. We both have progressed drastically from taking lessons here and highly recommend it to aspiring artists.
I studied art with Jiao Ying, the principal and art teacher of Art World, for around 11 years and my sister started doing art with Mimi for 3 years. They are both very patient and great art teachers. I was able to improve in my art skills greatly, and because them I have won many awards for art. I'm always happy to be in her art class. They teach a variety of art skills, by starting with building your art foundation and moving you up. I would highly recommend you to come learn art with the teachers.
Art world is awesome place for anyone to connect with art. Mimi is very caring, sincere , versatile teacher who takes art seriously. Her methods are easy as well as challenging for younger kids as early as 4 year olds to pick up! Wish I had meet someone like her growing up :) Art world has won many awards even though all the classes are about learning and enjoying the process ! We are lucky our kid to learn art from Mimi! He gets so many compliments from our friends! This is one class he looks forward in the week and one class for which he really tries hard to do his best! Their after school hours , summer and winter programs are great, they include clay art, dance etc. The kids keep looking forward for it ! Would highly recommend Art world!
My kid has been learning from Mrs Mimi for around 2 years. She teaches kids the skills with interactive, also opens communication with parents. When my kid selected the pictures for annual art show, she, herself , knew the latest is better. We can see big improvement on the pictures these 2 years, thanks Mrs Mimi's patience and hard work!
We've been very happy with the Art World School. The school offers many programs for a number of different times, and Mimi works hard to accommodate our schedule whenever we ask. We also appreciate that the school organizes fun and interesting events for students, and that students' work is nicely acknowledged!
Both of my children age 7, and age 10 go to this art studio. I am really happy with the teacher. She is very passionate about art and teaching kids. She pays attention to every single detail when she introduces any new art skill to kids. I would highly recommend this art school to anyone who is interested in learning art.
Mimi is very patient and have a way with kids for getting then interested in art. My daughter has been with Mimi for more than a year, she has learned to mix water colors on her other projects. Really appreciate the patience and convenience of the many make up lessons we took during summer.
My Daughter start to learn painting with Mimi at 5. She fosters my daughter's passion to arts by trying all different kind of paintings. She enjoys all the painting classes and feels confident while doing project post at school. Her paintings are hanged all over in our rooms and offices as perfect decorations.
My son Dylan has been a student of Mimi’s for 2 years. He’s always asking me when his next art class his. Mimi has found a way to take all his excess energy and put it into a painting. I am very grateful for a happy son and a wall full of beautiful art.
Mimi is an excellent teacher, she is very patient with children, and adds enthusiasm into things like painting and sketching.

Ms. Jiao and Mimi are amazing! I highly recommend them and Art World School. They will be great for your little artists. My 7 year-old daughter has been taking their classes for 3 years. She finds the time spent with them very happy and valuable. It is rare to find such patient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable art teachers that a kid can relate to!
My son has been in this art class since he was four years old. The teach is kind, and my son loves going to the class every week.
Our 7 year old daughter is really enjoying the art classes at Mimi's Art World school. She has taken a mix of in-person and online classes and have enjoyed both the formats. Mimi's is very professional and attentive to the needs of budding artists at different skill levels. She makes the class interesting for the kids. In addition, we also had a small birthday party for our daughter here with 5 other kids. All the kids really enjoyed the fun art activity that mimi had organized. I would highly recommend the place and urge anyone interested to try out the free art class offered here.
We have been so pleased with Art World School for our daughter! The art work she brings home blows us away and she is so proud with how she’s advanced in her techniques. There are precautions being taken to keep students and staff safe, making it a wonderful indoor option. I would highly recommend Art World School for any young artist!
Summer camp heaven! We were worried our daughter would be fatigued by the full day camp, but we were wrong! The camps are structured with designated art skills per hour. Each day, we’d pick up our daughter, she was bursting with excitement, as she showed us her art and told us about her fun-filled day. As the week progressed she’d say “and today was even more ‘gooder’ than yesterday!” She really found this place to be fulfilling and a happy place for her. Thank you to Mimi for always going out of her way to be accommodating, helpful, kind, flexible and supportive - Mimi’s mission is to make the experience easy & positive for parents and fun/skill-based for children. At the end of the day, Art World’s mission is to provide a positive art- filled experience for both parents and children, alike. We will continue to support this school and their camps!!
I definitely recommend the Art World School. Great art school, wonderful teachers, flexible schedule/programs. My 7y/o have been attending art class for an year now and really enjoy the classes.
My daughter has attended the fine arts program and summer camps at Art World School and has enjoyed every moment of it. She has been exposed to and learnt various art mediums, and has had the chance to participate in competitions and events. Mimi has been easy to work with as a parent and staff at the school has always been prompt with replies and assistance with every question or request. All in all, the experience with this school has been extremely positive.
My 6-year old has been with Mimi's studio for 2 years. She loves Mimi and really enjoying the class. Mimi is very patient with kids. Really recommend!
My 7 year old started attending the summer camp / spring camp at Art World School from 2 years ago and has been enjoying it so much. She brings home multiple art projects everyday, from oil paintings, water color, to crafts like bracelet or clays. Every week there is a theme and kids get to exposed to different kind of arts. The instructors are very professional and friendly. The full day camp runs from 9-6 which is very friendly to working parents. Highly recommended to school age kids who love arts!
The teachers here are very professional. They are teaching kids patiently. My daughter comes to this art school since 4 years old. Good school!
My son has been attending the class for some time and he is really excited to try the techniques at home. I like the part that kids do not feel overwhelmed and they get to draw their favorite pictures too using the techniques teachers teach. In this pandemic time too, I see how well the class is maintained and all the precautions are adhered to. That made me feel safe in sending my son for in-person classes. Thank you Mimi and to your wonderful staff for making my son feel art interesting and fun :) :)!

My brother and I have been learning art here for a few years now. The improvement has been remarkable, and the teachers are incredibly helpful and nice. Don't believe me? Check our Oregon's art contests winners. 90% of the time, it's someone from this school. It's something to look forwards to every week, and I am incredibly lucky that I can learn here.
My son is always excited to attend Mimi’s art class, started 3 years ago. Mimi is very kind and patient with the kids, and helps them to gradually develop various artistic skills. I can see noticeable improvements in the artwork that was brought home every few weeks. The complexities of the artworks also increased over time. My son seems to be able to learn all these skills while having fun in the class. Highly recommend this teacher.
