Starting with the 2024-2025 school year, Art World School is introducing an Early Start After School Program. This program is designed to accommodate students who wish to start their after-school activities earlier or whose schools end at different times than public schools. Ideal for homeschoolers and students in special programs, this new offering provides a safe and comfortable space for students to relax, socialize, and engage in artistic activities.
Program Overview
Studio Art Time (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Our Early Start After School Program begins at Noon and continues to offer our convenient pickup service. From 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, students will engage in Studio Art Time. During this period, they can explore their creative side using various artistic mediums such as acrylics, papercrafts, sketching, and more. Our teachers will be available to offer guidance and support, allowing students the freedom to create projects in their own unique way.
Structured Art Projects (1:00 PM – 2:30 PM)
From 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, students transition to a more structured format. Our experienced teachers will help them choose a project from a diverse selection, including Drawing/Painting, Arts and Crafts, Calligraphy, Clay, Digital Art, or Animation. Students will be guided step-by-step through their chosen projects, ensuring they learn the proper techniques and processes to achieve their artistic goals.
Merging with Class-Based Program (Starting at 2:45 PM)
Starting from 2:45 PM, the Early Start After School Program will merge with our Class-Based After School Program. Students will continue to have ample time to work on their art, starting with additional Studio Art Time before moving into various scheduled classes such as Clay and Animation. Our varied schedule ensures that each day brings new and exciting learning opportunities, keeping students engaged and motivated.
Flexible Time Blocks and Packages
If you don’t need or want your student to attend the full day, not to worry. We have shorter time blocks from Noon to 5:00 PM or from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, as well as economical packages of 4, 10, or 20 days. Our Early Start After School program is ideal for students who finish classes early or need extra time for art, providing a fun and supportive space for learning and growth.
