Art World School students had the exciting opportunity to participate in the 2025 ICFF Art Showcase held in Seattle on April 5-6, as part of the city’s annual Children’s Friendship Festival. This marks the second time the school has been involved in this inspiring event, and this year’s theme for the artwork was “When I look to tomorrow, I see…”

The students took part in this event through their Fine Art classes and After School Program classes. With encouragement from their teachers, they embraced the theme by exploring their creativity and using the art techniques they’ve learned at school. From oil pastels to watercolor and acrylic paint, the students used a variety of mediums to express their visions for the future.

Creative Development and Growth

Throughout the event preparation, Art World School students refined their artistic skills and explored different methods of composition. This hands-on approach allowed them to practice and improve their techniques in a meaningful way. Teachers observed the students’ enthusiasm as they brought their ideas to life on paper, creating meaningful artwork that reflected their personal visions for tomorrow.

Art World School offers its students many opportunities to showcase their work throughout the year, not only encouraging artistic development but also helping build confidence in their abilities. These events give students the chance to share their creations with the community and inspire them to continue growing as young artists.

A Valuable Experience for Young Artists

Participating in the ICFF Art Showcase gave students a chance to apply what they’ve learned in a real-world context, while further developing their artistic skills. It was an excellent opportunity for them to be inspired by their peers and to learn from the experience of creating art for such a special event.

Art World School helps students grow in their art by supporting their creative journeys with each project. The event was not just an art showcase, but also a chance for students to improve their skills and enjoy expressing themselves through art.
