If you’re looking for a quality After School Program that lets your child experience a variety of art projects, you can now enroll in our After School Program for the 2024-2025 School Year! Including free pickup from nearby schools with the purchase of a 5 day package or more days, our After School Program is a popular choice for parents looking to give their children a little bit of artistic enrichment after school. If you’ve already been having your child attend our After School Program you’ll be familiar with this already, however please read on as there are some important (and convenient) changes coming with the 2024-2025 School Year detailed below!

For those of our students in the Beaverton School District who’re getting out earlier in the upcoming school year, we’ve adjusted the start time of our pickup and After School Program to match. We will now be doing pickups starting from 2:45pm, and have a new second van to help accommodate the increase in students and schedule change.

Starting from 2:45pm and going until 3:45pm, we’ll now be having a Studio Art Time for students who don’t have homework to do! A new addition to our previous Homework time, this Studio Art Time will allow for students lacking in homework to work through some Process Art.

We also have our two usual One-Hour After School Classes, however the start time has shifted to have the first class go from 3:45pm-4:45pm, and the second class to go from 5:00pm-6:00pm. This change will give the students a 15 minute window in between classes to do things like have a snack, go to the bathroom, or be picked up if they’re in our new schedule option that ends at 5pm!

That’s right, we know some parents didn’t need the program for the full evening, or just wanted one class, so in order to accommodate this we’ve added a new, shorter schedule option for the After School Program that ends at 5pm.  Now, you’ll have the option to have your child come only from 3pm – 5pm (with pickup still included, of course). The new schedule starts at just $300 for 10 days if you’re a member, or $350 if you’re a non-member. 

We’re also adding new class topics to our usual After School curriculum, including new classes in Animation and Digital Art on Mondays and Thursdays! You can view all of the new schedule details in a handy chart on our After School Programs page.
