Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms for the programme you are enrolling in. Placing an order means you agree to the policies set out below.

Camps

You agree to enroll your child in the above class/program and understand that tuition cannot be refunded after payment is made, unless the enrolled class is no longer offered. You agree to check the availability indicated on the website or with Art World School on the availability of the date and time of the class or program you are enrolling for. Dates of attendance for camps can be rescheduled if cancelled at least 1 week in advance. For No School Day Camp, Winter Camp, and Spring Camp, cancelled credits must be used within the same school year (8/25/26 – 6/10/27). Schedule 1 and 2 can be extended to longer schedules based on availability and at an additional fee of $10 on top of the price difference between the schedule options. If your child arrives late or is picked up before the ending time of the session that they are enrolled in, there is no refund nor credit towards future use. For Summer Camp: cancelled credits have to be used by the end of the summer camp in the same year. For all camps and No School Day Camps, cancelled credits can only be rescheduled once and not cancelled again. If the order was placed within 1 week of the attendance date, the attendance date can no longer be changed. Late cancellations due to illness must be accompanied by a doctor's note in order to receive credit.

Your child must have his/her own health insurance and Art World School is not responsible for any health related incidences within the school's facilities. You must provide the school with any necessary health information or special instructions/needs before your child's first class. If your child is picked up more than 10 minutes past the ending time of their session, you will be charged at the rate of $5 for every 10 minutes. Please make sure your child brings his/her own lunch, snacks, and water bottle.

You authorize Art World School teachers to take your child to the Somerset West Playground via Art World School's vehicle. Students will be driven by Art World School teachers in Art World School's vehicle and monitored the entire time at Somerset West Playground. Art World School is not responsible for accidents at the playground when students play at the playground. The park option will only be available if the weather permits. Rain and extreme heat or cold temperature may cause the park option to not be available.

If you enroll in one of the dates in which Art World School has indicated is already full and would like a refund, Art World School will issue a refund of the amount paid excluding any PayPal, Venmo, or credit card processing fees in which Art World School was charged due to the transaction. You have the option of using the full amount paid towards another program or class at Art World School within 1 year of purchase, instead of a refund.

After School Program

You agree to enroll your child in the above class/program and understand that tuition cannot be refunded after payment is made, unless the enrolled class is no longer offered. You agree to check the availability indicated on the website or with Art World School on the availability of the date and time of the class or program you are enrolling for. Dates of attendance for the After School Program can be scheduled for another attendance date in the same calendar month if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Any Day Packages need to be used within the same calendar month. Students with Day Packages can use day credits that were unscheduled or cancelled within the cancellation window towards No School Day Camps or group classes. The transportation waiver must be completed for pick-up service to be arranged.

If your child is picked up more than 10 minutes past the ending time of their class, you will be charged at the rate of $5 for every 10 minutes. Please make sure your child brings his/her own water bottle and snacks as needed. Art World School will provide a package snack with confirmation from the parent. Please let the school know of any special accommodations your child needs, any symptoms of illness or allergies, and if they are not to be given any snacks by the school.

Enrollment in the 2:45pm – 6:30pm schedule option cannot be changed to the 2:45pm – 5:00pm schedule option after the purchase is complete. Enrollment in the 2:45pm – 5:00pm schedule option can be changed to the 2:45pm – 6:30pm schedule option at an additional fee, based on availability. If your child arrives late or is picked up before the ending time of the session that they are enrolled in, there is no refund nor credit towards future use.

Fine Art / Clay / Arts & Crafts / Calligraphy Classes in the Fine Art Program, 45 Minute One-on-One Classes, or 1 Hour 2 Student Classes

You agree to enroll your child in the above classes and understand that tuition cannot be refunded after payment is made, unless the enrolled classes are no longer offered. You agree to check on the availability of the class or program you are enrolling for. You agree to follow the liability waiver stated on your Mindbody account. If you are a returning student and have an Art World School Mindbody account, the classes you purchased will be added to your Mindbody account after payment is received. If you are a new student, Art World School will create a Mindbody account for you after receiving payment, and email setup and scheduling instructions to you.

Your child must have his/her own health insurance and Art World School is not responsible for any health related incidences within the school's facilities. You must provide the school with any necessary health information or special instructions/needs before your child's first class. Art World School may take photos of your child with their artwork individually or in a group setting. If you do not agree to the use of your child's photo in any form of advertising, please let the school know.

One-on-one or 1 hour student classes will be given the option of an online class instead of in person class in the case of illness. If your child arrives late or is picked up before the ending time of the session that they are enrolled in, there is no refund nor credit towards future use.

All Other Classes and Programs

You agree to enroll your child in the above class/program and understand that tuition cannot be refunded after payment is made, unless the enrolled class is no longer offered. You agree to check the availability indicated on the website or with Art World School on the availability of the date and time of the class or program you are enrolling for. Refunds or rescheduling are not provided for any absence to any class, for any reason. If your child is picked up before the ending time of the session that they are enrolled in, there is no refund nor credit towards future use.

For All Orders

• Any order placed without successful payment will be canceled and enrollment will not be complete.
• Art World School will communicate with customers using the contact information provided on the order form of any questions or issues affecting their enrollment.
• Art World School will cancel the order if the customer does not respond to the questions/issues or does not communicate with the school to provide necessary information to complete and confirm enrollment.
• If the order is canceled due to this reason, Art World School will issue a refund to the customer and deduct any processing fees in which the school was charged by PayPal for the transaction.
• Class credits and membership cannot be shared between different students, or transferred to a different student.
• Art World School may take photos of your child with their artwork individually or in a group setting. If you do not agree to the use of your child's photo in any form of advertising, please let the school know.
