Hannah

Hannah recently earned her B.A. in English Literature & Languages, with an emphasis in Poetry and Poetic Theory, from Reed College in Portland. She grew up dancing in pre-professional ballet and contemporary and has been teaching dance since middle school. She has a passion for working with children and teaching them how to express themselves artistically. In her own visual arts practice, she focuses on mixed-media sculpting—including clay (pottery), wood, fabric, wire and weaving (basketry), photography, and other found materials. She particularly enjoys combining physical components with motion to create art that speaks to the human body and its natural movements. She is very excited to be working with Art World School and to continue her journey of growth, both as a teacher and an artist!
