Level 3 Class for Ages 10+

All classes are led by teachers who are professional artists, with different projects for every class and every day. Each class is a part of a preplanned curriculum that teaches a project step by step to students, and teachers give each student individual feedback and direction. Each project aims to teach students important art skills, concepts, and combine technical direction with creative expression.

🎯 About the Program

All classes are led by teachers who are professional artists, with different projects for every class and every day. Each class is a part of a preplanned curriculum that teaches a project step by step to students, and teachers give each student individual feedback and direction.

Each project aims to teach students important art skills, concepts, and combine technical direction with creative expression.

  • Each class has a maximum of 15 students with a Teacher and Teaching Assistant

  • Fine Art -Drawing/Painting
  • Clay - Hand built and pottery
  • Arts & Crafts/3D Art -Architecture, Sculpture, Mixed Media
  • Yoga
  • Stop Motion Animation - Using objects, photography, iPad, and screen editing to make a stop motion animation video. Click here to see more details and project examples
  • STEM - Art projects that include math, science, or engineering concepts
  • Calligraphy - Lettering with the calligraphy pen and fountain pen, with fine art included in each project
  • Studio Art - Students can each choose a drawing and painting project, or Digital Art Project and the teacher will instruct each student individually on the projects. Digital Art is available for ages 7 and up.

8:00am - 8:45am Optional Before Care for additional cost - Students can eat their own snack, free draw, read, etc.
8:45am - 9:00am Arrival Time for Full Day or Half Day Morning Session Students
9:00am - 10:15am Fine Art Class - Drawing/Painting
10:45 - 11:45am Clay Class
11:30am - 12:15pm Lunch Time (Students bring their own food)
12:15 - 1:15pm Recess at Somerset West Playground, Yoga, STEM Class, or Stop Motion Animation Class
1:15pm - 1:30pm Pick-up time for Half Day Morning Session students (Full Day students stay at school and have break/snack/or free draw time)
1:45pm - 2:00pm Arrival Time for Half Day Afternoon Session Students
2:00pm - 3:15pm Art & Calligraphy Class
3:30pm - 4:45pm Arts & Craft Class
5:00pm - 6:00pm Studio Art Class - Students can choose their own Fine Art project or Digital Art Project and receive individual instruction from the teacher
6:00pm - 6:15pm Pick-Up Time for Full Day or Half Day Afternoon Session Students

Plants, natural and manmade landscapes, bugs and insects in different parts of the world, as well as landscape art/atmospheric perspective.
6/29/26 - 7/3/26 Fantasy Week
Art and Designs inspired by Fantasy stories that may include dragons and other mystical/imaginary creatures or characters.
7/6/26 - 7/10/26 Exploring Space
Solar system, planets, astronauts, space travel, and discoveries.
7/13/26 - 7/17/26 Around the World in 5 Days
Learning about and celebrating the different cultures traditions, famous buildings/monuments, and art styles around the world.
7/20/26 - 7/24/26 Myths, Legends, & Fairy Tales
Children stories from around the world, illustration techniques and design.
7/27/26 - 7/31/26 Time Traveler Week
Travel through time in a week with art projects involving the different eras of art history and art from different countries as well as cultures. Students can design their own time travelling machine and learn about the first animals on earth, inventions, first natives of different continents, pirates, Wild West, Renaissance, Roaring 20s, and more!
8/3/26 - 8/7/26 Cartoons & Animations
Stories and art portrayed through animated films and comics. Learn about character design, 3D modeling, as well as different types cartoon and animation.
8/10/26 - 8/14/26 Animal Kingdom
Create artwork with land and water animals. Learn about their different characteristics and habitats through fun and creative art projects.
8/17/26 - 8/21/26 Island & Underwater Adventures
Underwater animals as well as the art and styles of art inspired by the islands of the world, inhabitants, history, and culture.

-Full Refunds not provided after purchase
-Dates of attendance can be rescheduled once if scheduled date of attendance cancelled with 1 week notice.
-If the entire Summer Camp order is cancelled before 6/1/26, a 50% refund can be provided...
Half Day and Full Day packages can be used for any days of the Summer Camp
*Day packages cannot be shared between siblings or different students
*All art supplies provided during the camp
*Full Day Credits cannot be split up into half day attendances
*Extra $10 fee in addition to tuition difference for changing schedule options after enrollment
